RETURN POLICY
Returns must be postmarked within 30 days of delivery date to be eligible for a refund on the original method of payment or store credit.
After 30 days, unfortunately we are unable to accept returns on any purchases.
SHIPPING ON RETURNS:
Original shipping fees are non-refundable If you receive a refund for your return shipping cost will not be included on your refund.
We strongly recommend using a shipping option that provides you with a tracking number or purchase shipping insurance if you are returning any items to us. We will not responsible if your package is lost in transit back to us.
CONDITIONS:
All items must be returned to us in their original condition with all original tags still attached, UNWORN & UNWASHED.
DAMAGED/ DEFECTIVE/ INCORRECT ORDERS:
Our team checks all items for any damages or defective areas before shipping them out to you and also checks to ensure all items are packed in the order, but we are human and know that we sometimes make mistakes. So, if you happen to receive an item that is damaged, defective or believe something is missing from your order, this is for you!- Report to us within 5 days of receiving your order. After the 5 days unfortunately we will not be able to accept the claim.
- Please contact us immediately at hello@nectarinekids.com with either "Damaged", "Defective" or "Missing" in the subject line, your name, order number and provide us with a picture of the damaged/defective area or the item(s) you believe are missing from your order. Please include your first and last name and order number.
